One company, one system
- The company A fictional engineering and technical-services company in Milan: around ten active projects, clients who pay in stages, suppliers, a small team.
- The problem Quotes in files, costs in supplier invoices, payments between the bank and the invoicing software, tasks in chats. Nobody can say quickly what the margin is or what is still to be collected.
- The system Clients and quotes, projects with budget and progress, costs and payments per project, tasks, documents, reports, and an owner's view of what needs attention today. Questions about the company's own numbers are answered from its records, with a link to every record used.
- How it is built Built on our tested core: two-step sign-in, roles and permissions, an audit log of every change, imports from spreadsheets with row-by-row checks, exports as plain CSV, hosted in the EU. Every visitor gets a private copy that resets.
- What it shows The level of software we deliver, open to anyone before a single call. It is an example, not a product: your system is built around your company, with your modules, your words and your workflow.
